On March 1, 2014 we braved the late winter weather to take the ferry across the sound and be driven to Pousbo and given the keys and the last equipment by the broker.  We got all the systems going and began motoring out to Puget Sound.

In Puget Sound we saw many sailboats doing the Blakely Rocks race and started to raise our sail but the wind was pretty heavy and with the mainsheet blocks a little bit locked up still we decided not to go through with it.  Lucky for me because it started raining and it meant more time under the dodger.
